Butte County Fairgrounds in Gridley (199 E Hazel Street)

Glenn County Fairgrounds in Orland (221 E. Yolo Street)

Yuba-Sutter Fairgrounds in Yuba City (442 Franklin)

Sikh temple at 2468 Tierra Buena Rd Yuba City is open to evacuees! Large parking lot across the street for anyone with trailers etc.

Chester Memorial Hall in Chester (22 Gay Street)

The following shelters are full.

Nazarene Church in Oroville - FULL.

The Neighborhood Church in Chico - FULL.

Posted 11/8/18 10pm:  UPDATE Thursday, Nov. 8, 2018 - Los Molinos Unified School District Schools will be closed on Nov. 9 due to many teachers and staff living in parts of evacuation orders.

Posted 11/8/18 9:30pm: FROM Butte County Fairgrounds: Butte County Fairgrounds in Gridley is open and the Red Cross is here. We have plenty of shelter room left and areas to park campers as well. The humane society is here as well checking in large animals. Please pass the word!!!

Regarding the Evacuation Center at the Butte Co. Fair in Gridley...per request of the American Red Cross, OES and the fairgrounds staff in regards to donations:
NO USED ITEMS CAN BE ACCEPTED!!!!!!
NEW ITEMS WITH TAGS/PACKAGING THAT WILL BE ACCEPTED:
Clothing, pillows, towels, blankets, sheets, toiletries
ONLY NEW ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Non-perishable, food items that DO NOT need to be cooked or refrigerated, such as GRANOLA BARS, CHIPS, OTHER SNACKS
Beverages: PLENTY OF WATER AND GATORADE currently on-site.
YOU MAY DONATE OTHER NON-ALCOHOLIC CANNED/BOTTLED BEVERAGES, SUCH AS SODA, JUICE BOXES, ETC.
Still a big need for LARGE LIVESTOCK FENCE PANELS
The Butte Co. Fair is a LARGE ANIMAL EVACUATION CENTER ONLY....no small animals may be dropped there. Only small animals accompanying those in RVs will be accepted.
RV parking: Dry camping available for RVs.
Individuals without RVs have cots available for the night.
Please do not take offense to what they are requesting NOT be donated. Adhering to these requests helps simplify an already difficult process.
Thank you for your generosity and compassion toward the evacuees from Paradise.

Posted 11/8/18 6:34 PM : Update- From Butte County Sherriff- The Evacuation Warning for Hwy 32 at Nople Avenue down to the Chico City Limits HAS BEEN UPGRADED TO AN EVACUATION ORDER. This still does not include the CIty of Chico.
An Evacuation Warning has been issued for Hwy 32 at Nople Avenue UP TO the Butte County Line.

UPDATE: An Evacuation Warning has been issued for the following areas:
-Hwy 32 at Nople Avenue down to the Chico City Limits.
-Skyway from Lower Paradise down the Skyway to the Chico City Limits.
This evacuation warning does not include the City of Chico.

The following areas are covered under the evacuation order for the #CampFire: Nimshew Zone, Lower Clark Zone, Lower Skyway Zone, Lower Neal Zone, Upper Honey Run Zone, Carnegie Zone, North Pines Zone, North Fir Haven Zone, South Fir Haven Zone, South Pine Zone, Old Magalia Zone, South Coutelenc Zone, and Paradise Zones 1-14. The Evacuation Order includes all of Clark and all of Pentz roads south to Hwy 70, everything west to 99 and south to 149. The evacuation order also includes the area of Hwy 70 from Pulga down to the West Branch Bridge on both sides of road including Yankee hill and Concow.
An Evacuation Warning has been issued for the Humbug Zone, Lovelock Zone, and North Coutelenc Zone.

 Space is still available at the Butte County Fairgrounds, at 199 E. Hazel St. in Gridley, and the Oroville Church of the Nazarene, at 2238 Monte Vista Ave. in Oroville. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected by #campfire .

Posted:11/8/18 5:01pm : Orchard Hospital is open and providing services to the community and surrounding areas. We are still in communication with Command Centers and are accepting evacuated patients. If you need to be seen in a clinic, The Medical Specialty Center in Gridley is located at 284 Spruce St., and is opened for walk in care till 7pm.  We are asking that patients that are not acutely ill to please not come to the emergency room, please go to the Medical Specialty Center in Gridley at 284 Spruce Street. Orchard Hospital is a SAFE SURRENDER SITE: By state law, an infant up to 72 hours old may be left with a health care profession at Orchard Hospital, legally and anonymously.
